Warning
This is a beta version of the Sargent Shriver National Center On Poverty Law's redesign of the Sympa mailing list manager web interface and implementation of Sympa using modern spam and virus control method. When complete, it will make Sympa 4.x templates Section 508 compliant for accessibility and is already much nicer looking than its default counterparts. As beta software, you may find errors or problems with functionality, so please contact the administrator with any questions or complaints.
Known issues
- List configuration is not fully XHTML compliant, but displays correctly in most browsers.
- Archives in threaded view does not correctly display threading nor are they XHTML compliant.
- Archives in date view are not XHTML compliant, but display correctly in most browsers.
- A few buttons here and there have not been correctly tagged for consistently.
- Single page email signup not converted
- List renaming interface not converted, doesn't route correctly once the operation is finished
- Closed list interface not converted
- No print stylesheet or high contrast stylesheet.
Server specific issues
- Some public lists still hidden from public
- Bounce scoring doesn't work in all cases (this could affect other servers because of the spreading reliance on SMTP-time errors rather than traditional bounces).
- Message templates inconsistently represent the site URL.
- Some internal links mangled by our rewrite structure
Quick tips
Logging In:
When you login, specify your full email address. If you don't have a password, or you forgot it, you can have one sent to you.
Subscribing:
To subscribe to a list, send mail to listname-subscribe@lists.lstech.org, where listname is the name of the list.
Unsubscribing:
To unsubscribe from a list, send mail to listname-unsubscribe@lists.lstech.org, where listname is the name of the list. Alternately, you can login, click 'Your Subscriptions', click on the name of the list, then click 'Unsubscribe'.
Creating Lists:
To create a list, you must first create a list account by subscribing to a list or by filling out this form. After you are logged in, click Request List near the top of the page.
Subscriber lists
Subscriber lists are not visible to list members without administrative privileges to protect the privacy of our users and to preventive spam and other abusive email.
